Zumba Tip!
Participating in a Zumba class doesn't require specific equipment however, the shoes you wear are important to a fun and safe Zumba class. Your shoes should fit you comfortably and they should have very little tread or grip on the soles so that you can move and twist with the music.

The ideal Zumba shoe can be found in a variety of price ranges and styles. Nike makes a brand called, "Musique" that ranges in price from $40-$60. It is light weight and has a circle on the ball of your foot for easy twisting. Champion makes several styles and they range in price from $15-$30. Puma has a style that ranges in price from $25-$50. Retail stores that carry these types of shoes are; DSW, Payless, Famous Footwear, Big 5 and Kohls. Zumba.com is now offering their own brand of Zumba shoe as well.
